Bayern Munich 3rd Jersey 2024/25 [Superior Quality]

I received a product which was different from the actual one shown in the image. I clearly bought the jersey, because of the Allianz logo in the left shoulder, as Allianz is special for me. However, the actual product has that logo missing.

Plus, when I tried to connect with the customer support, via whatsapp multiple times, there was no response.

Sportsheap, I have always been a loyal customer. Hence I am asking for a replacement of the product delivered to me, with the actual product shown in image. I don't seek a refund, just a replacement.
