I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my recent order (Order ID: 4310453), which was cancelled without my consent. When I contacted support, I was told it was due to a missed confirmation call, but the call rang for barely two seconds—hardly enough time to answer.
I’ve ordered from your site multiple times and have never received such a call before. In fact, after this incident, I placed another order, didn’t get any confirmation call again, and the jersey was delivered without any issue. This inconsistency is quite confusing.
Additionally, when I tried to reorder the cancelled item, I noticed the price had gone up and the coupon code I planned to use was no longer valid. I followed up multiple times, but I did not receive clear answers or proper support from your team.
As a loyal customer, this has been disappointing. I request that the issue be looked into and the earlier discount be restored. I’d appreciate a proper explanation and a fair resolution.
